Helping Breast Cancer Survivors

Aspen Rehabilitation is committed to helping breast cancer survivors in need. Our company was founded by caring therapists who desire to help everyone through this difficult time of need, regardless of financial restrictions. The hardship of dealing with breast cancer, mastectomy, and complications of breast reconstruction should not come with the added burden of worrying about the ability to pay, which is why we are proud to offer complimentary services to those that need it the most.

Each year, Aspen Rehabilitation, will be offering FREE services for individuals who have suffered breast cancer, received mastectomy, and have had the unfortunate complications associated with radiation treatment or implant Capsular Contracture after reconstruction. This is our way of giving back to the community and helping those that need it the most.

REGISTRATION:

To find out if you, or a family member qualifies, please submit a letter stating your current medical situation and associated medical complications after radiation or breast reconstruction. Remember to add the following information:

Please give information as to why you believe you, or your loved one, should be considered for FREE services as it relates to your current financial situation or inability for insurance to provide payment. We will be reviewing all letters submitted and considering those that demonstrate the greatest need based on current medical condition, financial hardship, appropriateness for treatment, and necessity. Incomplete applications will not be accepted nor will fax or email submissions be considered. Due to overwhelming volume and time restraints, we can only respond to those that have been accepted.
